Meal Utilization Reporting Coordinator

About the Role

Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting of meal distribution and utilization across all program locations. The role supports data-driven program management by working closely with NGO partners, Area/District teams, and the Program Quality group to ensure meals reach intended beneficiaries and are accurately reported.

Key Responsibilities

• •Monitor and track meal distribution and consumption across all locations
• •Ensure accurate and timely data collection from NGOs and field teams
• •Validate meal users and distribution data periodically
• •Prepare and share regular reports highlighting utilization trends and gaps
• •Conduct field visits to verify meal utilization, collect impact stories, and educate field teams
• •Track program implementation progress for Life Skills and other assigned programs
• •Engage with virtual volunteers and assign structured tasks
• •Coordinate with NGOs and partners for urban program activities in Hyderabad
• •Consolidate program-level data and reports, highlighting trends and areas requiring attention

Qualifications & Experience

• •Master's degree in development studies or related field
• •4–5 years of relevant experience in program coordination, monitoring, or reporting
• •Previous experience with adolescents and community volunteers
• •Strong data management and reporting skills
