#EverydayNutrition Podcast Series - a Joint Initiative by Rise Against Hunger India and The Good Sight Webzine & Podcast!
Topics related to food are seen from two contrasting prisms. On the one hand, food is seen as a basic necessity to meet the basic calorie requirements (for the poor and marginalized). On the other hand, for the upwardly mobile food becomes something to indulge in. In this process, food as a means to provide nutrients beyond calories and taste is often overlooked.
